As we think it is perfectly healthy for humans to be ambitious, productive, and pursuing happiness in their life we found ways for you to combine these in a healthy way. We know that too many daily activities can be stressful and tiring, but using the 12 tips to be and stay inspired will help you to stay happy, healthy and productive at the same time.

Stay Healthy:

1. Each morning when you wake up, drink a glass of water to start the day fresh.

2. Exercise; daily exercise will not only boost your energy level but also improves your mood and relieves some stress.

3. Get enough sleep; when you get enough rest, you will feel more energetic and motivated to do the things that make you happy.

4. Each morning make a to-do-list of the three things that you want to achieve that day.

5. Apply the 50/10 rule; meaning to work on each important task on the to-do-list for 50 minutes and then take a 10 minute break to refocus.
